Tropical Spicy Pineapple Lime Fizz

- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 Juice of fresh lime
- 1–2 thin slices fresh red chili
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp honey or agave
- ½–1 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Add pineapple chunks, lime juice, grated ginger, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain mixture if a smoother texture is preferred.=
Stir in 1–2 thin slices of red chili and let infuse for 2–3 minutes. Taste and adjust spice level.
Fill tall glasses with ice.
Pour pineapple-lime mixture halfway into each glass.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with lime wheels or pineapple wedges. Serve immediately.
