Ingredients

  • cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ¾ cup milk (whole, oat, almond, or dairy-free)
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup | optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract | optional
  • 4–5 ice cubes | optional

Instructions

  • Wash fresh strawberries thoroughly and remove stems. Cut large strawberries in half.
  • Add milk to the blender first, followed by yogurt and strawberries.
  • Add honey and vanilla extract if using.
  • Blend on high for 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding milk, honey, or ice.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
