Spoon For drizzling chocolate syrup
- 1 Cup frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar or sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice
Place frozen strawberries and ice into a blender. Starting with frozen ingredients helps create a thick, creamy texture.
Pour in milk, vanilla extract, sugar (if using), and chocolate syrup.
Blend on high speed until thick and silky. Add more ice if too thin or a splash of milk if too thick.
Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of a clear glass for a decorative swirl.
Pour the drink into the glass, top with whipped cream and extra chocolate drizzle if desired, and enjoy right away.
- Best enjoyed immediately, as the drink melts quickly
- Use frozen strawberries for the creamiest texture
- For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk and dairy-free chocolate syrup
- Chill the serving glass before pouring for a thicker texture and better presentation
