- 1 shot espresso or strong brewed coffee
- ¾ Cup milk of choice
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp brown sugar or simple syrup
- 1 cup ice
Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly so it doesn’t melt the ice too quickly.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, brown sugar (or syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth to fully dissolve the cinnamon.
Fill a tall glass completely with ice.
Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
Add milk slowly until the drink reaches a light tan color.
Stir in the cinnamon-vanilla mixture until fully combined.
Top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
- Use strong coffee to prevent dilution
- Mix cinnamon with sweetener first to avoid grainy texture
- Whole milk or oat milk gives the creamiest result
- Adjust sweetness gradually to taste
- Best served fresh over full ice
- Clear glasses highlight the café-style look
