Servings: 1
- 1 cup milk (whole, oat, almond, or preferred milk)
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp strawberry syrup, raspberry syrup, beet powder, or pink pitaya powder
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over low to medium heat until warm and steamy. Do not boil.
Add the white chocolate to the warm milk and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.

If using coffee, add espresso or brewed coffee and stir gently to combine
Froth lightly if desired, then pour into a mug or clear glass and serve warm.
- Use real white chocolate for best flavor and texture
- Heat milk gently, boiling ruins the creaminess
- Natural pink ingredients give better flavor than food coloring
- Oat milk creates the creamiest dairy-free version
- Best enjoyed fresh and warm
- Clear mugs highlight the soft pink color beautifully
