Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh lemonade (chilled)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • 1–2 cups ice
  • 3 oz Coconut rum

Instructions

  • Fill two tall glasses with ice.
  • Pour fresh lemonade evenly into each glass.
  • Add pineapple juice and stir gently to combine.
  • Slowly pour coconut cream over the back of a spoon to create a “dirty” swirl effect.
  • Optional: Add a splash of sparkling water for light fizz.
  • For adult version, add coconut rum and stir gently.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge or lemon slice and serve immediately.
