  • ½ tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour warm (not hot) water into a glass or mug.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir in grated ginger and ground cinnamon until combined.
  • Add raw honey if using and stir well.
  • Sip slowly, preferably in the morning or before meals.
