Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk (whole, oat, almond, or soy)
  • ½ tsp vanilla syrup or vanilla extract
  • ice cubes (to fill glass)
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, cooled

Caramel Layer

Instructions

  • Pour cold milk into a tall glass and stir in vanilla syrup or vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes to the top.
  • Slowly pour cooled coffee or espresso over the ice to create visible layers.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the top of the drink.
  • Serve immediately. Stir before drinking or enjoy layered.

Notes

  • Use fully cooled coffee to prevent ice from melting too quickly
