Homemade Pineapple Ginger Iced Te

- 4 cups water
- 2 bags black tea
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Ice cubes
Bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil. Remove from heat and steep tea bags for 5–7 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool slightly.
Blend pineapple chunks and grated ginger until smooth. Strain if desired for smoother texture.
Stir the pineapple ginger mixture into the brewed tea. Add honey or maple syrup to taste.
Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint or lemon slices if desired.
