Ingredients

  • 4 Cups orange juice
  • 2 Cups pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup cranberry juice
  • 1 Cup water

Instructions

  • In a large pot, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and water
  • Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and fresh ginger.
  • Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Do not boil.
  • Stir in orange slices, lemon slices, and cranberries. Let infuse for 5 minutes.
  • Taste and add honey or sugar if desired.
  • Serve warm or chilled, garnished with citrus slices or a cinnamon stick.

  • Do not boil to avoid bitterness
  • Remove citrus slices after a few hours for best flavor
