- 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tbsp Agave syrup or honey
- Ice
- Salt
- 1 wedge Lime
Prepare the glass: Rub the rim of a glass with a lime wedge, then dip into salt. Set aside.
Muddle the blackberries: Add blackberries to a shaker or mixing glass and muddle until fully crushed.
Add liquids: Pour in fresh lime juice and the electrolyte drink. Add sweetener if using.
Mix: Add ice and shake well for 10–15 seconds (or stir thoroughly).
Serve: Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish & enjoy: Garnish with a lime wheel or fresh blackberries and serve immediately.
- Fresh lime juice is essential for bright, clean flavor, bottled juice dulls the mocktail.
- Add sweetener last and adjust gradually; sweetness can’t be undone.
- Tajín can replace salt on the rim for a spicy twist.
- Swap blackberries for raspberries or use a coconut electrolyte drink for variation.
- Best served immediately while cold and fizzy.
