Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker or mixing glass
  • Muddler
  • Fine strainer
  • Serving glass

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh blackberries
  • ½ cup Electrolyte drink
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1–2 tbsp Agave syrup or honey
  • Ice
  • Salt
  • 1 wedge Lime

Instructions

  • Prepare the glass: Rub the rim of a glass with a lime wedge, then dip into salt. Set aside.
  • Muddle the blackberries: Add blackberries to a shaker or mixing glass and muddle until fully crushed.
  • Add liquids: Pour in fresh lime juice and the electrolyte drink. Add sweetener if using.
  • Mix: Add ice and shake well for 10–15 seconds (or stir thoroughly).
  • Serve: Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish & enjoy: Garnish with a lime wheel or fresh blackberries and serve immediately.

Notes

  •  Fresh lime juice is essential for bright, clean flavor, bottled juice dulls the mocktail.
  • Add sweetener last and adjust gradually; sweetness can’t be undone.
  • Tajín can replace salt on the rim for a spicy twist.
  • Swap blackberries for raspberries or use a coconut electrolyte drink for variation.
  • Best served immediately while cold and fizzy.
