Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add brown sugar, water, and cinnamon to a small saucepan and stir to combine.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Brew 1–2 shots of espresso or strong coffee.
  • Heat milk until hot but not boiling. Froth if desired.
  • Add 2–3 tablespoons cinnamon dolce syrup to a mug. Pour in espresso, then hot milk.
  • Top with whipped cream and a light sprinkle of cinnamon sugar if desired. Serve immediately.
