Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Tall glass

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add blueberries, milk, sugar or honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  • Add ice cubes on top of the liquid and fruit.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until thick, smooth, and fluffy.
  • Check texture. Add more ice for thickness or a splash of milk if too thick.
  • Pour into a tall glass and top generously with whipped cream and optional toppings. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen blueberries create the best cloud-like texture
  • Oat milk makes the frappe extra creamy
  • Add ice gradually to control thickness
  • Blend longer for a smoother, fluffier result
  • Serve immediately to maintain the cloud effect
  • Sweetness can be adjusted based on berry ripeness
  • Whipped cream enhances both texture and presentation
