Tall glass
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice cubes
Add blueberries, milk, sugar or honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Add ice cubes on top of the liquid and fruit.
Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until thick, smooth, and fluffy.
Check texture. Add more ice for thickness or a splash of milk if too thick.
Pour into a tall glass and top generously with whipped cream and optional toppings. Serve immediately.
- Frozen blueberries create the best cloud-like texture
- Oat milk makes the frappe extra creamy
- Add ice gradually to control thickness
- Blend longer for a smoother, fluffier result
- Serve immediately to maintain the cloud effect
- Sweetness can be adjusted based on berry ripeness
- Whipped cream enhances both texture and presentation
