Equipment

  • Ninja Creami
  • Ninja Creami pint container
  • Spoon or stirrer

Ingredients

  • cups cola (regular or zero sugar)
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup or sugar (optional)

Optional Flavor Boosts

½ tsp fresh lime juice

⅛ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour the cola into a cup and stir gently for about 30 seconds to reduce carbonation.
  • Pour the cola into a Ninja Creami pint container. Stir in sugar or syrup if using. Freeze flat for at least 12 hours.
  • Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and select SLUSHI mode.(Use LITE ICE CREAM if SLUSHI is unavailable.)
  • If the texture looks crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of cola and press RE-SPIN.
  • Scoop or pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Zero-sugar cola works perfectly.
  • Re-spinning once gives the smoothest texture.
  • Serve immediately for best slush consistency
  • Add a lemon or lime slice for extra brightness.
