Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold filtered water

Instructions

Notes

  • Use coarse ground coffee to avoid bitterness and cloudy coffee
  • Steep 12 hours for smoother flavor, 18 hours for stronger concentrate
  • Cold brew lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator
  • Dilute 1:1 with water or milk if too strong
  • Naturally lower in acidity than hot brewed coffee
  • Can be served cold or gently heated
