Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt | optional
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup | optional
  • ½ cup ice | optional

Instructions

  • Remove thick stems from kale, rinse well, and tear leaves into smaller pieces.
  • Add almond milk to the blender first, followed by kale, blueberries, banana, yogurt, and sweetener.
  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape sides if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more milk or honey if desired.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
