Ingredients

Green Smoothie

1 | handful | baby spinach

1 | cup | frozen mango chunks

½ | banana | frozen

1 | tbsp | ground flaxseed

½ | cup | plain Greek yogurt

¾ | cup | unsweetened almond milk

1 | tsp | honey | optional

Instructions

  • Add almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first.
